The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas is a premier destination entertainment resort owned and operated by Morgans Hotel Group and equity partner DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. Located on 16.7 acres on the corner of Harmon and Paradise Road, inside the Paradise Corridor, the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino was built in 1995, expanded in 1999, and will begin another expansion in 2007.
